Konoba Bracera has built its story on a strong connection with nature and homemade ingredients. Owner Danijel Šabalja – Deni, a fisherman, olive grower and restaurateur, serves at the table what he lives every day.
Since 1996, the family business has developed around the cultivation and preparation of its own ingredients – from olive oil and organic vegetables to fresh seafood.
